As a result, millions of tons of garments end up in landfills, incinerators, or waterways, compounding emissions and environmental contamination.
About our solution
MacroCycle's patented SolvoGenesis™ process breaks down polyester textile waste, regardless of color, blend, or contamination, and rebuilds it into virgin-quality material, a true drop-in replacement for new polyester. The process uses significantly less energy than conventional recycling methods, can run on renewable energy, and enables brands to close the loop on textile waste without sacrificing quality or price.
