About our solution
Cerberus Tx develops therapeutic platforms built on alpaca-derived single domain antibody fragments (VHHs). These fragments engage the immune system's broad network to recalibrate immune responses for targeted outcomes rather than suppress them. The Tolerance Induction Platform addresses autoimmune conditions by instructing antigen-presenting cells (dendritic cells, macrophages, and B cells) to achieve antigen-specific tolerance. The KappaLink Platform for infectious disease uses engineered VHHs to activate the complement system and engage polyclonal antibodies, generating protective immune responses with vaccine-like effects.
