This day brings together participants, alumni, residents, investors, and ecosystem partners to share breakthroughs, exchange feedback, and build connections that accelerate the journey from research to real-world impact.

Registration, Breakfast, & Headshots
8:30 - 9:30 am
Location: Lobby & Front Gallery
- Check in and enjoy breakfast.
- Professional headshots available in the Front Gallery in Room 1H
Welcome Remarks & Alumni Showcase
9:30 – 10:30 AM
Location: Event Space
- Emily Knight, President of The Engine, opens the day with a brief welcome and overview.
- Blueprint alumni share their startup journeys in a TedX-style talk.
Small Group Presentations & Feedback
10:30 AM – 12:45 PM
Locations: Conference Rooms (look at your schedule for your room)
- Format per team: 8-minute presentation + 12-minute expert feedback
- Rooms host 3 judges, 1 notetaker, 3 teams per session
- Teams not presenting will take a tour of The Engine.
Lunch
12:30 – 1:30 PM
Locations: Back Gallery, Event Space, Outside (weather permitting)
- Blueprint teams will leave early to prepare for Poster Sessions.
Poster Sessions
1:30 – 3:00 PM
Location: Full Gallery
- Teams present their work and engage with attendees
- Bring your questions and materials for dynamic conversations
Speed Chats
2:30 – 3:00 PM
Locations: 1st Floor Rooms & Event Space
- Drop in for informal, rapid conversations with industry leaders and experts.
- Teams will need to divide between your poster and the speed chats
Closing Remarks & Top Team Presentations
3:00 – 4:00 PM
Location: Event Space
- Awards ceremony and closing remarks by Ian Johnston
Networking & Happy Hour
4:00 – 5:00 PM
Location: Front Gallery
- Celebrate the day’s achievements and connect with Blueprint alumni, residents, and ecosystem partners.

- Please check your room assignments for presentations on your email or at the registration desk.
- Poster sessions are interactive - teams appreciate engaged questions.
- Use breaks and networking times to connect with judges, mentors, and fellow attendees.
- If you have questions during the day, event staff are available at registration and throughout the venue.
